April 22nd is Earth Day, and even though we take an eco-friendly approach to business every day, we like to use this opportunity to teach others. Here are some ways that you can make every day Earth Day.
**Feed your dogs and cats a species-appropriate raw diet. This will minimize the energy needed to process food, cutting down on air pollution from a factory…not to mention how much healthier your pet will be. There will be less waste (poop) from your pet and it decomposes and fertilizes the soil in just a few days.

Stop by and let us help you find a toy (or two or three) that are best suited for your dog’s individual play style and needs.
Nina is the original designer of dog puzzle toys. While dog puzzles have become very popular the past few years, Nina was at the forefront of it all almost 25 years ago! Like most inventors, she began creating dog puzzle toys out of necessity. She had two small children and found her dogs were not getting the same level of attention and stimulation that they had been accustomed to. She began developing toys that could be used indoors and with her children.
The dog activity toys and games are designed for the dog to work with problem solving in different ways, by finding hidden dog treats, e.g. to lift blocks, turn discs, push blocks, put blocks inside something etc. They are designed using the dog’s natural movements and instincts. Wild animals get natural mental stimulation when hunting for food, but our pets don’t do much hunting. Nina’s puzzles help to simulate the idea of “hunting” and provide your pet with an opportunity to use his mind and his body.
Puzzle toys are great for puppies, adults and seniors alike. They can be used to mentally stimulate your pet and build confidence (great for rescues!). And they can increase your interactions with your pet, allowing you to strengthen your bond.
